User Experience Specialist jobs in Redbridge

You will carry out screening, risk assessment and safety planning, alongside providing ongoing emotional and practical support to victims and survivors.

You will also work with children and young people impacted by domestic abuse, ensuring their needs are identified and met through appropriate emotional and therapeutic support.

You will also have responsibility for those service users under the MHWT without Care coordinators or key workers. Your responsibility will be to ensure risk assessment are updated, medical review is booked, and physical health screening has been carried out.

You will demonstrate leadership and influencing skills, be a good communicator, organised and self-motived. As part of this role, you will work collaboratively onsite, centrally and with our Charty team and our beneficiaries.

You will need excellent IT skills and hold a Level 3 Personal trainer qualification.

You will also get hands-on experience shaping cyber practice in the voluntary sector. What are we looking for? Experience in cyber security or a related role. Knowledge of Cyber Essentials. Familiarity with good-practice frameworks. Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 / cloud collaboration security, MFA, & access management.
