You will act as the key commercial contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring that value, risk, and performance are effectively monitored and reported. This Senior Quantity Surveyor role would suit someone with excellent communication skills, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and a solid understanding of both pre- and post-contract consultancy services.

You will take ownership of interim valuations, change assessments, detailed variation pricing, measurement, benchmarking, and commercial negotiations. The post holder is accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all M&E commercial outputs, including CVRs, variation logs, commercial trackers, risk registers, and final accounts.

You will be responsible for the commercial control and financial performance of social housing maintenance and refurbishment projects, working closely with operational teams to ensure contracts are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and profitably.
