You will be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or above in Motor Vehicle and have occupational experience within the motor vehicle industry.

You will be able to demonstrate experience of managing a caseload of learners or apprentices and employers.

You will have experience working with Apprenticeship Standards and experience of workplace assessing.

You will undertake the inspection of accident damaged vehicles, assessing the full extent of the damage, costs of repair and time frames.

You will ensure our work providers menu pricing schedules and repair methodologies and key information for each contract is being adhered too on each job.

You will work closely with customers, insurance assessors, and our skilled production teams to deliver outstanding repair solutions.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, balancing speed, quality, and commercial awareness to achieve the best repair outcomes.

You will regularly liaise with insurance engineers and customers, creating precise damage assessments in accordance with BSI PAS 10125 standards and using the correct repair methods. Key Responsibilities: Assess a wide range of vehicles, including electric and hybrid vehicles, and use Audatex to calculate accurate repair costings and time requirements.

You must have working experience of Audatex (or similar estimating software) and ideally hold an ATA VDA. Key role and responsibilities as an Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor:
