You will be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues, as well as streamlining processes for efficiency and quality.

You will mentor and train junior staff.

You will be a key part of audit teams undertaking of assignments, including opportunities to lead the on-site element of the work.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, person-centred support. Key Responsibilities - Support individuals with their physical, social, and emotional needs as outlined in their reablement plan. - Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and mobility.
