You will have extensive experience of working operationally in a customer-focused environment, ideally in a visitor attraction, delivering financial targets and creating dynamic and innovative projects and programming that will engage and inspire audiences.

You will have experience of leading teams, including volunteers to deliver successful initiatives and keep them motivated and involved.

You will help turn our plans into real growth, driving delivery through aligned investment, policy, and partnership activity with key organisations including local visitor economy partnerships (LVEP's) Your remit in the development of Visit East Midlands will include the shaping and influencing of decisions across infrastructure, events, skills, transport, and place.

You will have a deep understanding and relevant expertise to know what makes a great visitor experience.

You will shape the end-to-end visitor journey, in collaboration with other colleagues, ensuring it is welcoming and memorable.

You will work with all teams to ensure consistency and quality of service and access.
