You will be at the heart of building relationships with our wonderful fundraising supporters and ensuring that they are engaged and equipped to make a real impact.

You will work regularly with our volunteers to ensure that we can offer them a first-class experience at Linc.

You will be managing complex construction, refurbishment and regeneration projects from inception through to the planning and construction phase, handover and thereafter ensuring a smooth transition to occupation and use.

You will engage with a range of stakeholders including contractors, consultants, occupiers, land owners, development partners, councillors and other government bodies.

You will lead specialized teams that build relationships with partner organizations and promote inclusive employment practices. Ideal candidates must have senior management experience and a passion for influencing change in the community. You will have strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and be able to prioritise your workload effectively. Qualifications and Experience: - NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.

You will be approachable and accessible, keeping customers informed and supported throughout their tenancy.

You will also carry out neighbourhood inspections, welfare checks and home visits to ensure properties and estates are safe, well-maintained and compliant, identifying support needs and signposting to appropriate services to sustain tenancies.
