You will lead Early Help assessments and work closely with clients to develop skills to manage challenges related to mental health, housing, finances, relationships, and parenting. This hybrid role involves working from our central Oldham office, as well as visiting clients at their homes and within the community.

You will ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act for Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs) while working in live environments, maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and resident engagement throughout.
