You will be providing support across a wide variety of approximately 200 commercial buildings within the Councils Property Stock, including planning, procurement and delivery of high quality reactive and planned maintenance projects.

You will have minimum 3+years’ building surveying experience.

You will shape both how interactions are built and what expressive capabilities are possible, translating cutting-edge research into robust, real-world systems.

You will be expected to demonstrate: - A sustained record of publications in internationally leading Economics journals (general interest as well as top field journals) together with evidence of impact through research funding and/or contracts. - Evidence of research leadership at both national and international levels.

You will oversee maintenance, remedial, and refurbishment works across all mechanical systems—ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, regulations, and codes of practice.

You will be based at our Southampton campus, with occasional travel to satellite sites as required.

You will be able to adapt, demonstrate agility, and seamlessly adopt and deliver site specific processes, support to cover absences across any Guest Services role, provide resilience and help make our service exceptional.

You will ensure they receive appropriate information to access relevant learning opportunities.

You will support a seamless transition from application to enrolment, ensuring the efficient processing of student applications within established timelines.

You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of funding and residency policies to provide reliable guidance and meet audit requirements.

You will be the first point of contact for patients, helping coordinate appointments, manage enquiries, and support smooth practice operations to include referral and document management. This role is face paced, ideal for someone who is organised, compassionate and enjoys working in a busy healthcare environment.

You will have experience of dealing with the public at all levels.

You will need to be passionate about cleanliness and keen to ensure our patients receive good quality food and beverage services.
