You will be a Deputy Manager for a PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) day service currently with 15 adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities and additional behavioural, mental health, physical, and communication support needs.

You will also support the team with the development and implementation of care plans designed to provide meaningful choice and support to service users.

You will be an integral part of a successful partnership between health, social care, and our home, independence, and crisis support (HICS) team.

You will need to be able to evidence a good knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and strength based and person practice within your practice.

You will work within the legislation of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and the Mental Health Act to deliver personalised assessments, support planning and reviews to achieve holistic outcomes.
