You will be working with young people aged 11 to 18 who have been placed into the care system for numerous reasons with an array of disorders, behaviours and needs and therefore require individuals who have the confidence, patience and skill set to successfully work with these young people and make a positive impact on their lives.

You will be required to start this position working a days only shift pattern until full completion of training. Once working unsupervised, the role will change to a 3-shift pattern, weekly rotation of days, afternoons and nights. Salary: £28,335.29 + 17% shift allowance once shifts start (£33,152.29)
