You will be a confident communicator who has no qualms in picking up the phone to speak with customers (not selling). Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, are essential, and knowledge of Sage systems would be highly desirable.

You will need to be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively within a small team.

You will report to the Category Manager and supervise a small team of Buying Administrators, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across the business.
