You will lead, coach and develop a shift-based engineering team while remaining actively involved in maintenance, breakdown response, fabrication and improvement work. You will oversee projects from office-based studies and proposals to full design, procurement, coordination, and site delivery, often managing a portfolio of projects simultaneously.

We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

You will have experience in a fast paced operation with proven and demonstrable people management experience, involving direct accountability and responsibility for motivating and leading a high performing team, ideally within a Transport Setting.

You will have strong communication skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and manage a team.
