You will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, working closely with clients, local authorities, and multidisciplinary teams across the business to support the planning and delivery and Quality of water industry projects UK wide.

You will work independently and proactively on technical aspects from a projects inception, determining client briefs, to the delivery and close out of projects in accordance with best practice.

You will support the delivery of projects both technically as well as support junior colleagues throughout the delivery of projects, including client facing roles.

You will ensure all water systems are operated and maintained in line with ACOP , while managing PPM and reactive works and maintaining audit ready documentation. Key Responsibilities - Lead all cooling tower operations, ensuring statutory compliance, monitoring, sampling, cleaning, disinfection, and chemical control.

You will inspect, fault diagnose, test, maintain, install, modify or repair as appropriate mechanical equipment - Maintain Plant and Equipment to the required standard

You will utilise your mechanical engineering skills to maintain and operate Odour Control Equipment - Carrying out mechanical installation work at a variety of water or wastewater locations involving a number of different processes

You will have 14 Supervisors reporting into you, with overall responsibility for the performance and wellbeing of approximately 40 delivery operatives working across the framework.

You will be a confident and capable people manager, able to motivate teams, manage performance and address issues constructively.

You will be involved in the design, development and delivery of control systems using Allen-Bradley / Rockwell PLC platforms, working on complex and high-value engineering projects. Experience within the water or utilities sector is highly desirable, but not essential.

You will manage projects through the entire controls lifecycle from initial concept and system design to implementation, testing, and commissioning.
