You will be the homes nurse expert and your role will be a combination of utilising your nursing skills as well as your managerial and leadership skills

You will focus on residents with complex needs, so its vital that you can conform with the latest guidelines, take far-reaching decisions and maintain the highest levels of clinical governance, whilst regularly auditing practices and procedures

You will be working within the administration team of the Total Facilities Management (TFM) services to meet operational and business requirements.

You must be eligible to work in the UK, and you will need to provide full details of your employment and education history for the last 10 years as part of the security screening process for this role.

You will also be assigned an expert tutor and a support mentor who will work with you 1-2-1 or in group sessions to provide additional training and support. Once the HTML & CSS courses are complete, your trainer will move you forward to the next stage.

You will be joining a local firm who are proud of the community they serve and work closely together to achieve the best possible outcomes for their clients. Alongside 2 other Paraplanners and some Administrators, together you will be supporting 5 Financial Advisors.

You should have 3+ years experience as a Paraplanner
