You will oversee the campaign development function in cross-departmental planning, including events.

You will lead a small team working to help support campaigns, driving donor acquisition and fundraising. With a strong grasp of digital marketing, paid media, and persuasive storytelling, you will ensure our campaigns are innovative, data-driven, and aligned with MAF’s mission and values

You will be working 5 days out of 7, ideally Thursday to Monday, BUT there is some flexibility here in order to make the position more attractive and workable for the successful individual. For example, you would not be expected to work every weekend, perhaps 2 out of 4 depending on your requirements.

You will lead a team across your shift, drive continuous improvement through Lean methodologies, and maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

You will manage line complaints, issue Certificates of Analysis, and work closely with suppliers to resolve component quality issues.

You will also document and investigate non-conformances, support GMP compliance, and help foster a strong Quality Culture across the site. Key ResponsibilitiesInspect incoming components and packaging against approved specifications.

You will be based in modern offices in Folkestone with free parking on site, along with the added benefit of having the option to work from home 1 day a week.

You will be part of a growing team with a wide remit across end to end supply chain, from demand planning, management of inbound materials to outbound supply and customer fulfilment.

You will become proficient in SAP logistics transactions and have the opportunity to visit third party sites for inventory counts and project meetings.
