You will work pro-actively with women, offering risk assessed, strength based, and needs led support.

You will work alongside each woman, throughout her journey, agreeing individual safety support plans including onward referrals where appropriate as well as advocating on her behalf to achieve safe and independent lives.

You will ensure full compliance with current legislation and company standards, conduct inspections and risk assessments, and advise staff and contractors on safe practices. You will be part of a shop floor team of like-minded Sales Assistants, practicing sport and celebrating victories together, so it’s important that you are able to work well within a team environment as well as independently.

You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have.

You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time.

You will be based on the reception and work in a friendly team to promote sales alongside other duties.
