You will be working 3 days per week between Monday and Sunday. The hours you'll be working are from 06:00 to 20:00.

You will have your rota 4 weeks in advance.

You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and have the ability to sympathetically communicate with a distressed caller.

Required Experience: - Managing budgets and financial information, taking appropriate action where necessary. - Working with vulnerable people, including individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or an acquired brain injury.

You should be reliable, considerate and caring in your approach. Formal qualifications aren't necessary, although any similar experience gained in a commercial or care setting would be useful.

You must be 17 or older to be eligible to apply for a role here with us. If you are opting for an apprenticeship, you must be willing to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
