You will be paid a starting rate of £12.82 per hour but that can quickly increase once qualifications and training has been completed. The client is also paying generous mileage at 45p per mile and they ensure that all visits are in close proximity (meaning you aren't in the car all the time!

You will ensure that residents receive personal care from you and your team including bathing, dressing and oral care within their preferences, and actively promote right to choice and independence.
