You will be required to work a rota pattern of12 hour shifts including weekdays, nights, weekends and bank holidays.

You will bepractising as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) providing a first pointof contact/triage for patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed healthproblems.
