You will join us on a part time, temporary basis. This is an excellent job opportunity for those who live in and around Duns. As a Care & Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting older and vulnerable adults in their own homes. Operating between 7.00am and 10.00pm seven days a week, you'll provide assistance with daily living tasks based on individual care plans.

You will provide continuous care to children and young people aged up to 21 who have experienced trauma or adverse life events, offering a therapeutic, trauma‐informed, and compassionate environment.

You must be a qualified horticulturalist with retail management experience.

You will need to be able to manage your department to achieve sales and profit targets whilst motivating your team to maximise opportunities and inspiring them to offer the highest standards of customer service.
