You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift.

You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessment, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and resident family members.

You will work closely with clinicians, patient care assistants, twilight teams, and day nursing teams to ensure high clinical standards are maintained throughout the night.

You will be joining a supportive and experienced nursing team, including a dedicated PCA team, with strong collaboration and communication across the hospital.

You will be part of our historic WHSmith brand dating back to 1792.

You will be carrying out stock replenishment, ensuring all areas of the store remain tidy and inviting for our customers to shop whilst also supporting our Gaming area. Due to the sale of tobacco and alcohol products, you must be over the age of 18.
