You will play a vital part in maintaining our high standards of service delivery and supporting our residents through transitions, including resident and housing/engagement meetings. Maintain accurate records and databases related to decanting and allocations using CRM and Proactis Conduct property inspections and assessments to facilitate smooth transitions.

You will take time to learn residents’ life stories and interests so activities have purpose and meaning, supporting emotional wellbeing and promoting connection.

You will work closely with colleagues and families to co ordinate meaningful routines and outings, maintain accurate records of participation, and help create an environment where residents feel engaged, supported and valued.

You will teach PE across KS3–KS5, including BTEC Sport and core PE. The role emphasizes coaching school teams, promoting female participation in sport, and coordinating the school's enrichment programme (fixtures, clubs, trips). Experience and Qualifications - QTS and a degree in Physical Education or Sports Science.

You will be required to travel to other national RSM offices and attend external events (including evening events) as part of this role throughout the year.

You will make an impact by: Leading on work experience and internship administration relating to attraction and job adverts, recruitment processes, onboarding, programme delivery and offboarding.
