You will provide a high quality, customer-oriented service and understand that all actions should be customer-led. Under the direction of the scheme manager and support team, you will assist in providing care and support to customers.

You will assist in maintaining and promoting the dignity of all individuals to improve their health and wellbeing in a safe and appropriate environment.

You will support across two of our services: Gregory House in Workington and Ann House in Cumbria.

You will work on either a permanent basis, spending 3 days per week at the closest service and 2 days at the other, or on a part-time basis at either service.

You will also facilitate staff reflective practice sessions and be requested to design and deliver training.
