You will be required to have good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. Previous experience of staff training is desirable as is experience of supporting accreditation to the ISO 15189 standards. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to join one of the most established pathology networked services and be part of the development of the wider ME2 network.

You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift.

You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessment, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and resident family members.

You will be responsible for: - Conducting face-to-face structured observations as part of the neurodevelopmental assessment process. - Conducting remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers via Zoom - Participating collaboratively in peer MDT diagnostic discussions, supported by senior clinicians where needed

You will be given a nominated contractual work base and you will be required to commute to this work base when necessary. Working arrangements regarding hybrid working will be discussed as part of the appointment process. Our technology platform and equipment is very good enabling you to connect and collaborate remotely.

You will become exposed to a wide range of technical disciplines, be able to follow technical argument and be able to influence the integrity of the final product.

You will be comfortable defining and building AWS infrastructure, while also able to discuss the finer details of data warehouses, lakes, lake houses and mesh architectures with client stakeholders and internal teams.

You will often be the key subject matter expert on proposals and bids.
