You will develop and manage a team of Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioners and volunteers ensuring people who walk through our doors are met with warmth, professionalism and access to effective support. You’ll play a key part in shaping a model that’s inclusive, responsive and that will help transform access to mental health support.

You will work closely with Service Manager to ensure excellent service delivery characterised by choice, compassion, and flexible support.
