You will take a flexible, proactive approach to all aspects of building fabric maintenance—from resolving fabric issues and assisting with PPMs to maintaining the high standards expected on site. A strong commitment to teamwork, health and safety, quality assurance, and compliance with company and client procedures is essential.

You will act as the key point of contact between T-SQUARED and all marketing personnel, including website developers, designers, and external marketing partners. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery, from content creation to campaign execution. Due to the nature of some client contracts, this role will require discretion, structured approval processes, and adherence to NDAs.

You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of piping installations while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
