You will be joining a team at a time whereby implementation of the Liberty Protection Safeguards will be changing the landscape, and we are focussing on developing our DoLS Service.

You must hold a university accredited Best Interest Assessor qualification, and you must be highly experienced in MCA and DoLS Legal Frameworks, undertaking DoLS assessments in a diverse cohort of people.

You will facilitate daily resident needs and conduct supervisions while promoting services and ensuring care continuity. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care and experience in a care setting. This permanent full-time position offers a salary of £13.00 per hour, along with generous benefits, including paid training and a pension scheme.

You will also ensure that our care services are of a consistently high standard and help in caring for our residents, and undertake other general day-to-day activities in our home.
