You will provide respectful personal care, practical and emotional support in addition to having the flexibility to work shifts over weekends and bank holidays. Developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with service users is key. Shifts are available during the day and for waking nights.

You will be working at Wellesley Hospital, a purpose built 101 bed hospital in Wellington (Somerset) for men and women with mental health needs. There are 6 wards for people with mental health needs and 1 ward for people with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
