You will report to the Early Years Settings Manager in the day to day leadership; development; planning and organisation of the preschool in working in partnership with multi agencies, local authorities, volunteers; staff and Divisional Headquarters in building on the Ofsted rating in providing a high standard of service to our community.

You will lead, support, and develop a team of Service Managers to ensure high-quality, person-centred care, compliance with regulatory standards, and efficient service delivery within agreed budgets.

You will be responsible for managing the assistant manager and a team of supervisors and sales assistants and support them in creating special memories for our customers.

You will be trained thoroughly in our hand-crafted luxury product to become a Pandora product expert.
