You will be responsible for managing the assistant manager and a team of supervisors and sales assistants and support them in creating special memories for our customers.

You will also ensure to update and maintain all relevant administration records.

You will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of category and procurement strategies and be able to prioritise your workload and work well under pressure. This is a key role to ensure all customer complaints are investigated thoroughly so effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

You will support with moving and handling assessments and treatment programmes, assist in the teaching of non‐pharmacological symptom management techniques (breathlessness, for example), organise and run exercise groups, and help with theutterstock detailing and management of physiotherapy 嫬 referrals across these services.
