You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including diabetologists, vascular surgeons, and orthopaedic specialists, to deliver comprehensive treatment plans. Your role will involve assessing, diagnosing, and managing high-risk patients, offering specialised wound care, and preventing complications through early intervention.

You will maintain and optimise booking systems, calendars, approval forms, and workflows, ensuring smooth operations for staff, students, and immersive learning spaces. This role also involves supporting VR and immersive teaching environments, delivering training, developing content and driving user-focused improvements across the college.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and will contribute to the rehabilitation of patients with a range of conditions.

You will also be responsible for maintaining patient records, ensuring that all interventions are properly documented, and participating in team meetings and clinical audits as required.

You will work in a service line triumvirate with the Clinical Lead and the Service Manager, with a particular focus on day-to-day management of nursing/midwifery services across their areas of responsibility.

You will be responsible for ensuring provision of high quality, safe, well-governed, productive and cost-effective services which support the Trust in delivering its strategic objectives.

You will be required to demonstrate strong leadership skills and be confident to work as an autonomous practitioner with a focus on complex assessment and discharge planning.

You will be supported in your role directly by the Clinical Specialist OT. Peer support will be provided by the existing B7 physio's and OT's and plenty of CPD opportunities are available.
