Workforce Manager jobs in South Mimms

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects at different stages of the lifecycle. Within each project, your responsibilities will include: End-to-end project management, including scheme development and engagement with asset teams, designers, sub-consultants, construction teams, and contractors.

You will work closely with IT, highways maintenance teams, and external stakeholders to optimise system performance, troubleshoot issues. Responsibilities System Administration: Manage the Confirm (Routine Maintenance Management) system, ensuring it operates efficiently and is regularly updated.

You will play a central role in developing a safe, nurturing and high-quality environment where children and young people with learning disabilities and complex needs feel secure, valued and supported.

You will be responsible for ensuring the home meets all regulatory and quality standards and is always ready for Ofsted inspection.
