Workforce Planning Manager jobs in Scotland

You will support the OWD Manager in designing and delivering organisation-wide development strategies that enhance performance, wellbeing and our ability to adapt and thrive in a changing environment.

You will also provide line management, coaching and development to our OWD Advisers, enabling a high-performing and values-led function that delivers meaningful outcomes for the organisation.

You will also Optimise WFM scheduling to achieve organisational performance objectives, developing tools/techniques/UDA/technology ensuring full use of system is exploited and contractual SLA are met and benefited from the solution. What you'll be doing - Scheduling of staff using Work Force Management Tools - either using Verint, Nice, Genesys & Active OPS or other WFM tools.
