You will have an understanding of pre and post contract, and experience of utilising CEMAR or similar to manage construction contracts.

You will need to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role. This will be funded by AWE. The nature of our work does mean you need to be a British Citizen who has been resident in the UK for the past 5 years in order to apply for SC clearance and 10 years for DV.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of hard services, soft services, utilities and waste, and total facilities management (TFM) circa £80 - £100 million per annum.

You will be able to apply your technical knowledge, skills and experience in Mechatronics to support and assess apprentices during their onsite phase of training.
