You will support the end to end ordering and fulfilment process by managing suppliers, co-ordinating orders and ensuring accurate administration across our internal order processing systems, email and telephone channels.

You will act as a key liaison between Sales, suppliers and customers ensuring that orders and projects are executed smoothly, accurately and on time.

You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have.

You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time.

A large part of the Tyre Fitter position involves: Carrying out the fitting of tyres efficiently and competently to manufacturer standards. Maintaining and developing skill levels in all aspects of tyre fitting technology.

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.

You will work on the shop floor, building relationships with customers and helping them find the right product or service.
