You will work independently and as part of a team, prioritising tasks to maximise equipment availability, maintain quality standards, and promote process efficiency. The role requires a minimum 50/50 split between electrical and mechanical work, with preference given to candidates with a stronger electrical background.

You will be rewarded with an extensive benefits package and have over £55,000 training invested in you within the first 12 months. In addition, you will receive a basic of £42K-£45K with a great contributory pension, yearly bonus and company car or car allowance

You will work closely with employers to plan learning, monitor progress, and ensure learners are fully prepared for End Point Assessment. Teaching and assessing qualifications are desirable but not essential - full training and support will be provided for the right candidate.

You will be staying away from home, 2 days per week on average, with very occasional weekend work and overtime paid door to door.
