You will ensure every individual child’s needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs. Deliver an expert knowledge of the EYFS framework. Take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.

You will lead a team of Form Tutors, coordinate pastoral provision, monitor academic progress, and champion the wellbeing, safety and personal development of every pupil in your care. This role requires a proactive, visible and approachable leader who can build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents, and who thrives on the challenges and rewards of pastoral leadership.

You will hold an independent caseload within the outpatient clinic site alongside dedicated work days in the conjoined SEND school setting working collaboratively with the on site therapy team and teaching staff to deliver therapy provision within the learning environment.
