You will work as a member of a team, supporting the delivery of a broad and balanced early year’s curriculum within a caring, safe, and welcoming environment, to enable each child to achieve their potential.

You will contribute to the creation of a positive ethos to support the development of children’s self-esteem and personal identity in a climate of trust and praise.

You will be willing to learn and get involved in key projects, have the passion, adaptability and a flexible approach to work, along with good communication skills. We are here to support your learning and professional growth; we do not expect you to have any prior experience for this role.

You will undertake an apprenticeship in childcare through a partnership between the nursery and an excellent external training provider.

You will train and work in the nursery to complete the Social Services (Children and Young People) qualification at SCQF level 7 with a mentor to support you as you progress through your qualification.

You will possess a qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Structural Engineering to HNC level or above - A track record of delivering setting out and engineering processes on concrete frame projects. - Ability to use CAD software for data transfer to/from single person working kit EDM preferable

You will have a good technical knowledge in the primary discipline of fire safety design.

You will be IT literate with a working understanding of fire modelling software analysis tools.

You should have excellent communication skills and an interest in working in a team environment.
