You will be responsible for delivering specialist support to patients in community-based or residential settings, helping them maintain independence and improving their quality of life. Role: Mental Health HCA's and Support Workers Location: Various care packages across the Nottinghamshire area

You will use therapeutic approaches such as PACE and Dyadic Developmental Practice (DDP) to help young people feel safe, valued and understood.

You will develop strategies, lead negotiations, advise senior stakeholders and ensure that all statutory and governance requirements relating to property assets are met to the highest professional standards.

You will work across a wide range of asset types, contribute to corporate asset planning, and play a key role in shaping long-term investment and development opportunities.
