You will lead a dedicated team working with children and young people across prevention, out-of-court disposals, statutory interventions, and custody. The team currently supports around 100 children at any one time. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a small, skilled team (2 Team Managers, 2 Team Leads, Restorative Justice Worker, 10 Youth Justice Officers, and 2 Support Workers).

You should be comfortable working alone, leading a team and supporting the General Manager with annual budget planning. We'll also need you to liaise with contractors on jobs that fall outside the expertise of your team.

You should be reliable and flexible when it comes to your working hours.
