You will have a background in creative arts and a developing profile as a practitioner, researcher and/or industry professional, together with experience of teaching at postgraduate level.

You will have academic experience of leading modules, units or year groups, ideally at PGT level.

You will ensure the activities schedule in the home plays a key part in ensuring the routines and daily activities they undertake are varied, stimulating and fun. The role really enables you to bring out your creativity, adapting activity programmes that respect individuals needs while also establishing links with the local community to encourage their involvement and increase social interaction.

You will also have the reassurance of a job guarantee upon completion of the training courses.

You will be provided with the required guidance and support from your tutor so that you can successfully complete your projects which will be later added to your CV.

You will be working as either a Project Coordinator or Project Administrator.
