You will be working with young people aged 11 to 18 who have been placed into the care system for numerous reasons with an array of disorders, behaviours and needs and therefore require individuals who have the confidence, patience and skill set to successfully work with these young people and make a positive impact on their lives.

You will ensure that board and committee processes run smoothly, maintain accurate and compliant records, and assist in implementing best practices in governance and regulatory compliance.

You will be required to work with both Anglian Water staff, our Partners and Regulatory Bodies.

You will have previously managed community spaces or delivered engagement programmes and will have an understanding and experience of working with partnership agencies.

You will need experience of working with vulnerable adults and those with identified support needs. Experience of managing volunteers is desirable but not essential.

You will be based at your local Apollo Home Healthcare office in Peterborough, but at times, travel across the East region will be required. Key responsibilities include: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, their families, and healthcare professionals. Manage care team rotas efficiently, responding to day-to-day changes.
