You will conduct thorough inspections, identifying any pre- and post-rental damage, following Thriftys management processes. Key Responsibilities: Deliver and collect vehicles from various locations Identify and record vehicle damage using appropriate documentation/systems per Thrifty's damage management procedure

You will work closely with the therapy team to ensure the child's holistic care and support their development and independence.

You will need experience in caring for children with complex needs, as well as a calm, compassionate, and reliable approach.

You must be an NMC-registered Paediatric Nurse with experience in tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, dystonia, and deep suctioning.

You will also work collaboratively with the private therapy team, including occupational therapists and physiotherapists, working in the background to support every aspect of her development. You’ll be caring for a child who has complex needs, including tracheostomy, but more than that, you’ll be helping her go to school, make friends, and enjoy the little adventures every child deserves.
