You will serve as the primary relationship manager for approximately 400 assigned customer accounts. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, renewing service contracts, and identifying upsell opportunities, all while coordinating closely with our support teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

You will clearly communicate with customers by explaining procedures and managing expectations, providing information whilst taking ownership of issues, following through to completion, amending details, and verifying information whilst ensuring compliance with GDPR and the Data Protection Act.
