You will be an informal point of contact for those in the service users circle of support (e.g. Families and Social Workers) - Accurately report and record any issues related to the care and support of our Service Users to monitor their health and wellbeing - Comply with Health and Safety regulations and have regard for the Health, Safety and Welfare of others

You will be required to demonstrate a commitment to Health and Safety in all aspects of your work.

You will be keen to learn and undertake a practical role.

You will be part of a team that will perform services from the Service Operation Vessel (SOV) working 14 days on, 14 days off rotation.

You will build strong one-to-one therapeutic relationships, encourage engagement, and empower individuals to achieve improved outcomes and greater independence.

You will manage a designated caseload, completing specialist assessments, planning and implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes in line with individual care plans.

You will engage with the multidisciplinary team and ensure that the service users are fully engaged in their care pathway.

You will be instrumental in promoting health and independence by delivering high quality therapeutic intervention with guidance and supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist.
