You will help to lead and support a team of dedicated staff and provide residents with the highest standard of care and support, in accordance with the Home’s philosophy of care and the individual care plan.

You will provide management support to the care home and the running of it, and when required, manage the services

You will develop client relationships and work with the wider tax advisory/business services and wider advisory teams on delivering wider project work and assist on managing, developing and growing the audit team.

You will need to have the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across all areas whilst remaining flexible

You must be adaptable to change, whilst being able to challenge effectively
