You will be residing in the client's home for the duration of your shift, providing comprehensive, continuous support, including: Holistic Personal Care: Providing dignified assistance with all aspects of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.

You will need to successfully complete an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare before you complete 24 months of Support Work.

You will report to the Senior Support worker, working in a small team to provide practical support, you will build on Service Users existing skills and abilities whilst respecting their individual needs and choices.

You will be using IT to update documents such as support plans, risk assessments and will have a good working knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and assessments of capacity.

You will encourage new experiences, supporting the young people to develop their own identity. You'll be patient, thrive in a team environment, able to support those around you and have the emotional intelligence and resilience to manage challenging situations.
