You will be assisting in the day to day management of the home and help continue to improve the lives of the individuals we support.

You will play a vital role in both the home and wider organisation, acting as a positive role model to both staff and our supported individuals.

You will be provided training to ensure you are in a confident position to support the young people. This will be provided from both Teaching Personnel and the school. You will also need to be friendly with great communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
