You will play a crucial role in the initial stages of child safeguarding by completing high-quality assessments that inform timely, proportionate, and effective decision-making.

You will be required to be office-based for the first four weeks to support induction and embed the MK practice model and values.

You will be required to work from the office on a hybrid basis (3 days a week).

You will also have the chance to complete;Whole Life Carbon Assessments.

You will be expected to have an MSc or BSc in a relevant discipline (e.g. Environmental Management, Energy, Sustainable Engineering) and BREEAM New Construction accredited or BREEAM AP Accredited.

You will work collaboratively with architects and developers while ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate should be BREEAM Assessor qualified or working towards it, with experience in delivering BREEAM New Construction projects and a strong grasp of UK planning legislation.

You will assess up to a maximum of four to six customers per day.

You will pass on to the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) who will make a decision on support for the customer,
