You should apply if you have: - At least 5 years' experience in Release Management owning all types of change through to implementation. - Experience working in fast paced agile environments. - Detailed, logical and diligent approach to delivery of releases - Confident, collaborative and persuasive approach with stakeholders ensuring stakeholders are compliant to the Release and governance process.

You will have experience of managing teams, providing support and guidance across a broad range of topics.

You will be able to display experience of developing and mentoring teams and understanding the importance of soft skill utilisation when required alongside emotional awareness of the team as a collective unit.

You should be a confident communicator with the ability to present complex commercial data to stakeholders at all levels. A deep understanding of NEC3 contracts, particularly Options A & C, is essential.

You will also need strong financial and commercial acumen, with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.

You will work mainly directly with clients, supported by technical experts with solid communication skills and experience in the delivery of advanced ground improvement methods. You’ll enjoy working to targets and tight timelines and take pride in delivering high-quality technical services and solutions to your clients.
