You will be the “Responsible Person” on site in the absence of the Quarry Manager. You must be a national of the United Kingdom or one of the following countries: Germany, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Hungary, Greece, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, or Poland.

You must not have lived or worked in any country outside of the UK or those listed above for a period of three months or more, while aged 18 years or over, within the past five years.

You will be responsible for leading, developing and inspiring your team, in an environment where product knowledge is really important to our customer who often has a real passion for the outdoors. They’ll expect us to have a great looking store and a team that can deliver a high level of customer service, sharing their own passion and helping everyone enjoy the great outdoors.

You will also take ownership of shop displays to highlight promotions and store offers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Customer Service: Provide excellent service to customers over the phone and face-to-face. - Stock Management: Handle stock in and out, including order processing, picking and packing, store transfers, and stock control.

You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, monitoring their condition and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care including personal care. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will learn about care delivery and planning, medication management, working within a close team, and to develop communication skills. There is a lot of focus on activity and providing opportunities for residents to go out into the local community with support and continue hobbies and interests supported by staff.
